Instructions
Directions: Add 1 cup of rice to 2-2 1/2 cups of cold water. May add 1 tbsp. of margarine or butter and 1 tsp. of salt. Cover with lid and bring to a boil. Lower heat and cook 45-55 minutes, keeping lid on but stirring several times. Fluff with fork before serving.
