Instructions
Directions: Gradually combine 1/4 cup mix with 3/4 cup water and blend well. Yields approximately 1 cup. Use as a sauce for casseroles, potatoes, nachos, soups, and flavorings. For thinner sauce increase liquid and for paste decrease liquid. Milk may be used for a creamy flavor.

Cheese blend is a mix for sauces to be used over vegetables, with chips, baked potatoes, and pastas. It is a blend of ingredients that work great for sauces and pasta. A great tasting addition for your emergency food storage. Shelf life estimates are based on industry studies from sources deemed reputable. Since Rainy Day Foods has no control over individual storage practices, they must disclaim any liability or warranty for particular results. Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place, optimum condition is 60 degrees or less, for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets product may store 10-15 years. Bulk products are not packaged for storage.
