Molasses powder is a versatile product that can be used instead of regular sticky molasses. Directions: Use as a sweetener. May be used in place of sugar by adding the same amount of molasses powder to recipe in place of the sugar. For liquid molasses add 1/4 cup water to 1 cup powder. Mix well and allow to set. May be warmed but do not boil. Store in covered container and keep in cool dry place. Recommended uses are as a confectionery item, baked goods, cookie and muffin mixes, cereal, meat flavors, dried soups or gravies. Use in place of liquid molasses. Ideal to use in baking breads and rolls. No sticky mess.
