Mixed peppers are a mix of red and green peppers. These peppers are for adding flavor and depth to your home cooked goods. These are great to throw in omelets, soups, stews, casseroles, and stir fries.  Mixed peppers add color and texture to your dishes. These are great to have on hand to use regularly as well for your long term food storage needs.
Directions:   To reconstitute dehydrated mix peppers, cover small amount with water and let stand until softened. May add dry to soups, casseroles and other recipes.

Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 15-20 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.
