Sweet corn is great to use in your soups, stews, casseroles, and traditional corn dishes. Sweet corn can be rehydrated by having it simmer in broth or water. It is great to put in cornbread for some extra morsel. This vegetable is great to put in salads. Sweet corn is great to use for your long term food storage needs.
Directions:   Add 1/4 cup dehydrated sweet corn and 3/4 cups of water for each serving. May be simmered for 20 minutes on low heat. To reconstitute for later use cover with water and store in refrigerator. Due to extreme drying may take longer to cook. Drain and season.
