Directions: Reconstituted imitation flavored bacon bits have a bacon-like flavor, aroma, and color. They resemble crisp chiplets of smoked bacon. Suggested uses include adding to vegetables, salads, casseroles, omelets and other egg dishes, hors d’oeuvres, cheese spreads, biscuits, salad dressings, snack dips, and soups. *CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN TO HANDLE REHYDRATED BITS AS YOU WOULD FRESH MEAT.

Imitation bacon flavored bits are made from soy protein. A great tasting imitation meat that can be used as a meat substitute in your favorite recipe. Has a delicious taste of bacon and so easy to use. Add as a topping on salads and baked potatoes. Works great in soups and casseroles. Keep some on your pantry shelf for every day and be sure to have some saved with your emergency food storage. Shelf life estimates are based on industry studies from sources deemed reputable. Since Rainy Day Foods has no control over individual storage practices, they must disclaim any liability or warranty for particular results. Should be stored in cool dark place, optimum condition is 60 degrees or less, for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 5-10 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.
