Open can. Remove and discard oxygen absorber. Carefully add 5 1/3 cups of boiling water to contents of can. Stir carefully and cover. Wait 5 minutes, stir again and reseal. Let stand an additional 4 minutes. Stir and serve. CAUTION: container will be hot. To prepare a single serving: Add 2/3 cup of boiling water to 11/4 cups of dry mix. Stir carefully and cover. Wait 5 minutes, stir again and reseal. Let stand an additional 4 minutes.
