Shipping Policy

We here at USA Emergency Supply want to help as many people as we can become self reliant and wish to make this process as enjoyable as possible. With that in mind we have spent considerable resources ensuring that our shopping cart calculates shipping correctly and uses the most up-to-date shipping estimates. Most orders to the continental US are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority unless otherwise noted, although we frequently use UPS when we can receive better shipping times and rates. Also note that by default we do not require signature service. If you need this for your order please include this in the comment field during checkout. For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico we use United States Postal Service, however our shopping cart is unable to provide an instant quote for this. You can either place the order and we will let you know the shipping costs before it ships or you can provide us with a list of items and your address and we would be glad to provide you with a shipping quote. All of our items shipping from our main warehouse ship in plain boxes without identifying markings on the outer box for your discretion.

Please note that it is against our policy to profit in any way from shipping. If you feel that your shipping charges are excessive, please contact us immediately and we will evaluate the charges carefully. Also note that due to the size and weight of certain items, shipping costs for your order can be substantial.
