Rainy Day dehydrated potato dices make great country style hashbrowns. Simply reconstitute and fry up in a dutch oven. Try adding bacon crumbles, sour cream, and cheese for a tasty casserole. They can also be used in soups and stews-no mess or prepping. Ideal for your food storage and emergency preparedness.
Directions: Cover desired amount of potato with hot water (1 part potato to 2 parts water). Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer approximately 20 minutes or until tender. Drain well and use in recipes calling for diced potatoes.
These dehydrated potato dices are great to use in soups and casseroles. They are about 1/4" in diameter and will work great in any recipe that calls for diced potatoes.
