This dehydrated sweet corn makes a great tasting side dish because it tastes fresh off the cob! Add to your favorite soups, casseroles or any recipe that calls for corn in its ingredient list. Directions: Add 1/4 cup dehydrated sweet corn and 3/4 cups of water for each serving. May be simmered for 20 minutes on low heat. To reconstitute for later use cover with water and store in refrigerator. Due to extreme drying may take longer to cook. Drain and season.
